Dr Joan Sánchez de Toledo

Dr. Sánchez de Toledo is a leading specialist in Pediatric Cardiology and Intensivist Physician with extensive training and professional career. Graduated in Medicine, he obtained a Doctorate from the Autonomous University of Barcelona and studied specialties in Pediatrics, Neonatology, Pediatric Cardiology, Cardiac and Pediatric Intensive Care.
All of this makes him a top specialist in the area of pediatric cardiology, intensive care, congenital heart disease and sports cardiology.
Throughout his professional career he has held positions of responsibility as Coordinator of Cardiac Intensive Care at the Quirón-Dexeus Hospital and at the Vall d’Hebron University Hospital, in addition to having been Director of the Cardiac Intensive Care Unit at the Children’s Hospital of Pittsburg.
Currently he is Head of the Pediatric Cardiology Service at the Sant Joan de Déu Hospital.
